Join the Portland COCL for a brief presentation of the second 2018 Quarterly Report on Use of Force. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and provide comment on the report before the August 1 deadline. The final report will be published by August 15, 2018. 

Meeting will be held in the main conference room at the Office of Equity and Human Rights.
